1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and l4441 ("l4441", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the l4441 website located at https://l4441.net and all associated services, games, and features made available through that domain.

By accessing the l4441 website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the l4441 platform. Continued use of any part of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Participation on the l4441 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their account:

• You have not previously had an account closed by l4441 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
• You are acting of your own free will and are not under any legal incapacity that would render this agreement unenforceable against you.

By registering an account, you expressly represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. If your circumstances change and you no longer satisfy these criteria, you are obligated to notify l4441 immediately and cease using the platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of games and features on l4441, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a chosen username and password.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account at l4441. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multi-accounts is strictly prohibited. If l4441 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — all accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

l4441 applies Know Your Customer procedures to all accounts. You may be required to submit verification documents at any of the following points: upon first withdrawal request; when cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds; when unusual account activity is detected; or at any time l4441 determines in its reasonable discretion that verification is warranted.

Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification; a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence (dated within 90 days) for address verification; and confirmation of your nominated payment method (such as the registered bKash or Nagad mobile number associated with your account).

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not disclose your username, password, or any one-time verification codes to any other person. l4441 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as authorised activity, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on l4441 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l4441 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by l4441, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your l4441 account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.

l4441 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your l4441 account. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts or cards may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

l4441 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending a full investigation. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All account balances, deposits, wagers, wins, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. l4441 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which l4441 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

l4441 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these general Terms & Conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To be eligible, the player must have completed account registration, passed initial verification, and made a first deposit meeting the minimum qualifying amount stated in the promotion details at the time of the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds or derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. By accepting any bonus, you agree to fulfil the associated wagering requirements in full before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

l4441 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus more than once; using low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds without genuine gameplay intent; and collusion between accounts. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and related winnings forfeited and their account reviewed for potential closure.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on l4441, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during registration, verification, or communication with l4441.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence system to access, interact with, or derive advantage from any part of the l4441 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the l4441 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any game mode.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any l4441 software or game.
• Using another player's account, payment method, or personal information without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful toward l4441 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Placing wagers for the purpose of accumulating loyalty points, bonuses, or promotional benefits without genuine gameplay intent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the l4441 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of l4441 or its licensed suppliers and game providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the l4441 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish any content from the l4441 platform without prior written consent.
• Use any l4441 trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the l4441 platform using automated or manual methods for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on l4441 content or game assets.

All third-party game content available on l4441 — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers — remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective provider and is used by l4441 under valid licence agreements. l4441 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your l4441 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests that comply with these Terms will be processed. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their account due to concerns about problematic gambling behaviour are encouraged to request a self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by l4441

l4441 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the player is subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Any activity that l4441 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or l4441 itself.

Where an account is closed by l4441 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l4441 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond l4441's control.
• Errors or delays in game software provided by third-party game suppliers.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account caused by that player's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game payouts, or bonus calculations resulting from software errors, where l4441 has taken reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly.

l4441 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. We reserve the right to take the platform offline temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency security measures without notice and without liability to players for any resulting disruption to their gameplay or withdrawal timelines.

10. Amendments to These Terms

l4441 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — l4441 will provide advance notice via registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Non-material changes (such as typographic corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a provision, or updates to contact details) may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The date on which these Terms were last reviewed is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the l4441 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revisions.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to initiate account closure. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment will be treated as acceptance of the amended Terms in full.
